Home Life

Frequent phrases used by my mum (not for nagging just as a tease)
Q: 今晚食咩呀?(What are we gonna eat for tonight?)
A: 食蕉/風/你。跟我入廚房。(Eat bananas/ wind/ you. Follow me into the kitchen.)

Frequent things said by parents
你睇吓人地… …

Listening to Cantopop in my father’s car/ at home from radio played by my mum (my mum tuned into the radio all the time when I was in primary school)

Singers like Eason Chan
K歌之王 or 浮誇, 可惜我是水瓶座 or 少女的祈禱
Hourglass My World

I even know some songs from Leslie Cheung

The endless loop of Stephen Chow movies on TV on Sunday 道地星期日影院 or something…

Food: the ones you can get from primary school snack shop: 魚肉燒賣 (fish paste siu mai) and the 腸粉 (steamed rice roll) I can get as I walk home after school (still primary school). My mum likes adding sesame sauce and sweet sauce. Best if there is actual sesame on top.
