Only Through Time: Minding the Gap
A one-act play with no intermission
The HKU Black Box launched an original production called Only Through Time: Minding the Gap (2014), a one-act drama, in collaboration with an international festival celebrating the work of T.S. Eliot called, The Still Point Project. This bilingual play tells a new story of time in Hong Kong. It is a dramatic work about coming of age, twice-over: once at 21 and again at 42, where the 21-year-old runs into himself as a 42-year-old, across time, and inside the Cantonese present-tense.
